III. Tier Three: Dedicated Management

With the Oxiem Dedicated Managed package, your site will be hosted on it's own dedicated server hardware. This server will be a dedicated server, provisioned only for you and hosted in a secure environment, and hardened upon provisioning.  Included will be standard intrusion detection software, as well as rootkit detection software installed by default. The site will be monitored 24/7 for accessibility, and trouble tickets will be automatically opened and monitored in the event the server becomes un-responsive. The site will be backed up nightly to an in-network backup server.
